Chondroitin is a related compound to Glucosamine and research shows that the combined action of the two may enhance the supplements ability to achieve the desired result.

Cartilage is a connective tissue which amongst other things helps to protect your joints by acting as a cushion between them. It is not as hard as bone and can wear away over time. Chondroitin helps to draw fluid into your joint cartilage.

Our regular-strength combination tablet provides a FULL 500mg of Glucosamine Sulphate alongside 100mg of our high-grade Chondroitin Sulphate, in an easy-to-swallow shaped tablet form.
