Change or cancel your order

If you wish to change any detail of your order, or cancel, please contact Customer Services immediately.

During the working day, via the telephone is preferable as we dispatch orders quickly and this helps to ensure that we get a chance to modify your order before it is dispatched.

If you wish to contact us outside the working day, then sending us a message is absolutely fine, as we check all of our messages in the morning before we start to process orders.
