    Omega-3 fatty acids are considered essential fatty acids. They are essential to human health but cannot be sufficiently produced by the body. For this reason, omega-3 fatty acids must be obtained from food. 

    Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) are two types of omega-3 fatty acids that are particularly important to the health of our eyes, heart and brain.*

    In premium triglyceride form 

    Our premium high EPA/DHA Omega-3 Fish Oil 500mg Capsules provides omega-3 essential fatty acids in a premium TG (triglyceride) form which is more bio-available than regular Omega-3 fish oils. This means it is more easily absorbed and used by the body.

    Refined to below EU-required levels for heavy metals

    We take the quality of our supplements very seriously so you can be assured that all of our fish oils are refined to reduce levels of heavy metals, dioxins & PCBs to below EU-required levels.

    Our High EPA/DHA Omega-3 Fish Oil capsules are also available as a 1000mg strength, which is a slightly larger capsule, alternatively you can take two of these 500mg capsules if you do not like larger capsules.

    * A daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA contributes to the normal function of the heart.

    *A daily intake of 250mg of DHA contributes to normal brain function and maintenance of normal vision.

    So far so good it normally takes three weeks or so to see if they help my brain with my depression and I appear to be sleeping slightly better after taking 6 each night .
