Service rating: Sorry can't remember as it was so long ago. I have been taking this for years now.
Product: I have been taking these for several years now and my nails are noticeably stronger than they were before I started them. I do not have as much breakage in my hair and my skin has been much less dry to the poi t where I feel comfortable in no makeup. I definitely would recommend taking these.
